What you’ll learn

  • Credit management and debt collection principles, coupled with a solid grasp of organisational policies and techniques relevant to your role.
  • Understand legal, regulatory, risk, and compliance framework governing your operations, along with a well-founded awareness of the specific legal, risk, and compliance requirements pertinent to your role.
  • Adher to professional standards, a clear understanding of your organisation’s commercial context, nature, and priorities, familiarity with the end-to-end customer journey, insight into customer financial management (both individual and business), alignment with organisational values, and awareness of your role’s position within the organisational structure.
  • Understand the products and services you support, including the features and benefits. You should be well-versed in how your role contributes to the delivery of these offerings.

Entry requirements

You’ll usually need:

  • Five GCSEs at 9-4 (or A*-C on the old grading scale), including English and Maths.

Assessment methods

The programme is assessed in various ways before completing the End Point Assessment including an assignment and professional discussion.

Restrictions and requirements

  • Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
