What Percentage Of Apprentices Stay In Employment After Their Apprenticeship

A promising figure was revealed by government research, which found 65 per cent of apprentices remained in full-time employment after completing their apprenticeship.

Another research shows similar positive news regarding job opportunities for apprentices who finish their training. According to one survey, an astounding 85 per cent of apprentices remain in their jobs, with 64 per cent staying with the same company.

This makes perfect sense for existing apprentices whose company has trained them during their programme. Because the apprenticeship is customised to the company, trainees are adequately prepared for work there. In addition, if there is a strong match in terms of beliefs and objectives, there is no reason why an apprentice cannot flourish in the same industry where they began their apprenticeship.

It is important to look at more than just how probable it is to find employment after completing your apprenticeship. It’s also a good idea to think about professional advancement. For example, what options will you have after your apprenticeship is finished? According to one study, researchers discovered that it takes an average of five years to reach the management level in about half of the businesses that hire apprentices.
