On a property maintenance operative apprenticeship course, you’ll help ensure that buildings are in a safe working condition.
The primary duty of a property maintenance operator is to optimise property condition and quality while also ensuring that the building is kept in safe working order.
You’ll be given the tools you need to maintain a high level of quality, ensuring that your customers, clients, visitors, and team members are happy.
You’ll learn about building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and plant, as well as safety systems and equipment.
You will be able to rapidly detect problems while keeping high quality and cost efficiency after finishing the apprenticeship, helping avoid severe damage that may result in significant expenditures.
While studying, the British Institute of Facilities Management will recognise you and provide you with associate membership.
