Don’t confuse education with classroom study; an apprenticeship gives you the best of both worlds: classroom teaching and hands-on experience. In other words, you will be learning on the job.
During your apprenticeship, you will complete your qualification either in a classroom or via distance learning – but not full-time. Your training will be delivered by a training provider and will take place one day each week or over several days.
Your studies will teach you all you need to know to excel in your chosen sector. They will give you a better grasp of what goes on behind the scenes in a business while improving your skills to succeed. When faced with challenging conditions at work, you may draw on what you learned throughout your qualification to assist you.
