Compressed Air and Vacuum Technician

Compressed Air and Vacuum Technician

On a compressed air and vacuum technician apprenticeship course, you’ll help install and commission equipment and their associated systems.

Continuous compressed air supply is essential to all industrial processes. The most current systems and equipment are innovatively designed products that rely on IT control systems and IoT to ensure cutting-edge efficiency.

As a compressed air and vacuum technician, you will install and commission equipment and associated systems and conduct maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work to ensure that the equipment operates and is controlled at peak efficiency.

You and the customer will agree on the work scope and handover, including describing the work done, providing technical and regulatory advice, and offering further recommendations.

You will be responsible for various documentation/reports, including risk assessments and service records.

Practical hands-on technical talents and strong communication skills with colleagues, management, suppliers, and end-users are required.
