Can You Leave School At 15 To Do An Apprenticeship

An apprenticeship is a work-based training programme for those who want to acquire new skills and experience in a particular field.

Apprentices spend most of their time on the job working and learning, with just a tiny amount of time spent studying. As a result, apprenticeships often lead to a recognised qualification.

Apprenticeships are open to anybody over 16 who is not engaged in full-time education. There are no age restrictions; however, they are aimed at people between the ages of 16 and 24.
