Why Have You Applied for an Apprenticeship

Make this answer about the job, why you have applied for an apprenticeship, and not about you. It is not safest to say that you will walk to work in 10 minutes if you get the apprenticeship. Instead, focus on how this apprenticeship can help you achieve your career goals, the qualities you want to learn, how it can help you develop professionally, and how well you are adapted to the job.

“I’m certain this apprenticeship will be an excellent entry point into the workforce. In addition to practical skills, I’ll learn transferrable skills that I can use in other aspects of my life, such as using my initiative and working things out on my own and in communities. I believe it will help me strengthen my confidence.”
