What Do You Do In Business Administration Apprenticeships

Many programmes come under the “business apprenticeship” category, so what do you do in business administration apprenticeships?

Apprenticeships in business administration train people for essential support roles in organisations. Transcribing meeting minutes, faxing and photocopying confidential documents, or gathering financial data on spreadsheets are all examples of what you could do. You might work as a receptionist, office junior, or business support officer with an intermediate business administration apprenticeship. A personal assistant, secretary, or legal secretary will benefit from advanced apprenticeships. Higher apprenticeships may lead to an office manager or business development executive job.

Apprenticeships in business development teach you how to think creatively to improve a company’s performance. Responsibilities include helping a team implement their ideas and researching new products and marketing. In addition, these higher apprenticeships allow you to train as a business development manager or project manager.

Management apprenticeships provide you with a wide range of transferable skills. Daily, you may brief teams, handle problems, source supplies, supervise work, negotiate budgets, handle conflicts, and plan and execute change. In addition, you may train to be a team leader, floor manager, or trainee supervisor at the intermediate level.

You might become an assistant manager, section manager, or first-line manager with an advanced management apprenticeship. More advanced apprenticeships lead to employment as a senior manager, department head, or director.

Business degree apprenticeships are becoming increasingly popular and widely available. By finishing a Level 6 or 7 apprenticeship, you may become a chartered manager, project manager, or senior leader.
