Poor Company to work for

Rated 1 out of 5

Far from a great company to work for long hours, no appreciation, poor pay, no loyalty or security in your job. How can you be proud to work for a company when they make you pay £30-50 to see the company’s new collection each year. Wages get messed up every month with out fail. There is poor communication throughout the whole company.

Working hard has never been so rewarding!

Working hard has never been so rewarding!

Front of House Receptionist (Current Employee) – Teddington – 30 July 2021

The focus on the clients’ satisfaction and the warm and friendly team make this a great place to work. Dealing with the public is always challenging but management manage any difficult clients really well and take responsibility. There is a friendly community atmosphere that was really easy to fit into. While the public can be challenging they can also be particularly rewarding when they leave impressed with their hair and clearly feeling so much happier and more confident than when they came in. I would definitely recommend this as a place to work!

Cons

Management always insist that I take my breaks in case I burnout, which can be annoying as sometimes I would rather be working
