Teacher

You’ll help educate young people on a teacher apprenticeship course to achieve the highest possible standards.

This apprenticeship will equip you to teach children aged three to nineteen. As a teacher, you might work in various settings and throughout the country.

You will prioritise kids’ education and be held accountable for meeting the highest possible standards of work and behaviour. You will consistently uphold high personal and professional standards.

You’ll also obtain good subject knowledge while trying to maintain your teaching knowledge and skills up to date. You will learn how to build strong professional relationships and interact with parents and guardians in the best interests of your pupils.

On a teacher apprenticeship course, you’ll learn to:

  • Create a welcoming and fascinating environment for students founded on mutual respect.
  • Set goals that stretch and challenge kids with various backgrounds, abilities, and dispositions.

  • Encourage kids to take responsibility for their work and study.
  • Encourage your children’s intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
  • Set homework and organise extra out-of-class activities to assist students in consolidating and deepening their knowledge and understanding.
  • Provide students with regular feedback, both verbally and via accurate marking, and encourage them to respond.
  • Manage courses successfully by including and motivating students in ways relevant to their needs.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with colleagues, knowing when and how to seek advice and specialised help.
