Reviews
Poor and chaotic environment
Extremely disorganised workplace with miserable lazy and petty managers who failed to make their staff feel comfortable or able to ask for help. Staff expected to know stuff they’ve never been taught and end up doing more work than initially proposed on a wage that doesn’t match the work load.
Pros
Free food
Cons
Lack of training
Productive and fun workplace
Supportive management, fun environment. Clock in and clock out system used. Flexible with shifts. Variety of different sites to move to if things get boring. Salary is reasonably good.
Great colleagues terrible management
Working for Sodexo is a roller coaster ride. Management have zero people skills. They don’t listen or care about what you have to say. The goal posts are moved on a daily basis and they add more adhock duties to your schedule all the time. Your colleagues and the lovely army are the only reason you stay!
Good at the time but poor at the end.
No contact or job security at the end. Once your position finished there was very little to no contact from Sodexo about possible new jobs or possibly moving somewhere else.
Zero hour contacts
To be honest i actually liked it at the company, bosses were great not issue with them, but it’s the bigger bosses that’s the problem, they use zero hour contacts because when they don’t need you they’ll drop you like never worked there!
