Management is awful. Job advancement taken away from you and then blamed on situations happening in person life but will try make it sound positive. False promises of enhancement for overtime

Management was intimidating. Poor pay. Not worth the risks. Wouldn’t work here again even if I where offered one million pounds. Don’t have a lot else to say.

A typical day working for Priory Adult Care is not easy. Usually there is serious staff shortages. The days are disorganized. Communication day to day and overall is more or less non-existent. Management overall do not care and are quick and keen to lay blame elsewhere. Senior managers cover for inept junior managers. If you try to voice an opinion or complain or raise a grievance, then that goes against you. It is a blame-based culture. Senior managers have no respect for more junior staff. The most senior management seem totally oblivious to what is what within the organization.

Pros

There are no pros

Cons

Long exhausting hours and the more you give the more they take

Communal relationship at work. It is a place where there is a synergy of people with different skill set.

Working at priory is a great experience for me as it give me the chance to explore practically what I have learn and the hospital always give training to their new worker and existing workers on updated working ethics and pmva skills which are done freely and put their worker in a gainful employment experiences

No support from management.

Awful, no support from management. Job description was way off what it actually was. Wouldn’t wish the stress i endured in there on anyone. Pay was unfair.
