Very poor place to work work shop dirty and lorries are rammed in anywhere and leave no place for you to work overall would not recommend working here! Apprentices are shown how to everything in a cow boy way !!! I seen one qualified technician getting the tyre fill and covering a nail what had probably been cut to cord but it was only a service so it doesn’t matter!! Also there is no heath and safety jumping over pits etc . Conditions of the place are always dirty i never seen it clean but u can choose the amount of work you do depending on who you are. Overall if you are not a person what just says yes dont bother coming here

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Everything

People focused, welcoming, career driven

Rated 5 out of 5

Motus Commercials employees across the Country have been very welcoming and friendly towards Me during onboarding.

All COVID protocols in both HQ and dealerships are to a high standard. Motus Commercials have reduced face to face interaction unless essential with online alternatives to help keep everyone safe.

Arrangements for equipment to do my job were all in place to hit the ground running. Health and safety was first thing on my induction agenda.

From meet the team calls around the business it has become apparent that there has been a lot of internal development and career progression for individuals with company mindset and ambition and impressive length of service.

Pros

Free carparking and refreshments

Cons

None so far 🙂

Fun place to work with helpful colleagues

Rated 5 out of 5

Started just over 2 years ago and my colleagues were very welcoming.

Days are varied and often fast paced.

Great support network and new training opportunities come along all the time.

Great apprenticeship program and staff benefits.

I feel lucky to be employed by a company that has been in the position to stay strong during the Covid pandemic. Where so many others have not been so lucky.

Pros

Friendly colleagues, staff benefits, mental health support group, varied roles, training opportunities.

Cons

None
