Dreadful Organisation
This is a dreadful organisation. I worked here for over 22 years in an HR Function. I was made redundant whilst signed off work as I was in chronic pain and barely able to walk.
Lloyds love to have staff spend ridiculous amounts of time writing policies which mean nothing and entering for awards to pretend they care about disabled colleagues. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Repetitive and demanding
Terrible place to work. The managers are bullies and all p*ss in the same pot. Repetitive n awful wage. Tesco workers get more for stacking shelves than advisors who deal with irate customers all day long. The pay is appalling for a job that has high demands. No stability at all n they don’t value you for your work. The only thing your valued for is sucking up to the managers and they will all lie if one of them is in trouble.

Enjoyed my time here I had 4 years work experience here with 3 different roles.
I was promoted in my second year. I think the good culture depends mainly on your manager I was lucky to work for and with good people.
Horrible bad management
Terrible never work for a banking company for phone calls ever! Mangers are terrible horrivke place horrible team leaders. I walked into a mess of a company all team leaders would come in late and be rude all looked unprofessional dressed like typical off the street style.
