IT Solutions Technician

IT Solutions Technician

On an IT solutions technician apprenticeship course, you’ll help develop, implement and maintain complete IT solutions.

An IT solutions expert designs, implements, and manages complete IT solutions, including physical infrastructures such as servers and networks and software such as operating systems, middleware, and applications.

You will complete the whole solution lifecycle as part of a multi-disciplinary ‘DevOps’ team, including requirements gathering, solution development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

You would most likely be focused on one end of this broad spectrum of duties in a more traditional organisation. You will gather and analyse requirements, design, build, test, deploy IT solutions, and provide ongoing support to end-users and underlying services.
