The newer things that i have + still am learning everyday,I get job satisfaction every working day.The staff are very hard workers, plus we make a very good team together. The hardest part of my job would be heavy lifting.+ the best part of my job is that i notice the improvement, thus good results every time,i put everything into my work.
It'll do
easy job big turn off is split days off managers are mostly all sound equipment needs replaced badly though as some trucks are just straight up broke or barely working
Fast paced, high stress environment
When I first joined the company, it was a fun place in which to work, though there was a lot of graft involved.
Post pandemic, the company seems to care more about profits than staff, introducing same day online sales and Uber Eats whilst simultaneously slashing the schedulung budget so there are more tasks to do, but with less staff.
Pros
15% staff discount, company Facebook page where you can win Love 2 Shop vouchers for
writing product reviews
Cons
Expected to do the work of several people but only get paid for doing the job of one, aforementioned prize giveaways seems to be rigged.
