You’ll help provide HR expertise within a company or organisation on an HR partner apprenticeship course.

You’ll use your knowledge to deliver HR solutions to business problems and customised advice to the business in various areas, typically to mid-level and senior managers, in this role, sometimes known as a consultant or business partner.

This apprenticeship will prepare you for either a broad version of this role, in which you will assist in various areas, or a specialist area, in which you will focus on one area, such as resourcing, overall reward, organisational development, or operations.

Regardless of your specialisation, you’ll gain a solid foundation in various HR concerns.

During this apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to persuade managers to alter their minds and introduce best practices into the organisation and connect your work to the company’s priorities.
