Solid policys good training

Rated 3 out of 5

Good in principal. Low pay breaks deducted. Facilities vary from home to home, region to region. Kind care depends on the team employed. Company aim for kind care however staff turn over …more than 40% in last 6 months speaks volumes. Do believe in developing staff which is a positive.

Pros

Free food for long days quality varies atmosphere great team where I work

Cons

Breaks deducted. Pay lower than others. Communication

No support for staff

Rated 2 out of 5

Staff lovely, management terrible, area managers are all about themselves and protecting their friends, and happy to blame staff for their mistakes so they don’t take the fall! Working short staffed every shift putting residents at risk

Awful experience and no health and safety for staff

Rated 1 out of 5

Breaks never had the chance.to take or leave the floor, with only 2 staff on a night and many residents, always under staffed, never left on time and the clock in and out times were always changed. Moved into a higher position and wasn’t even paid the hourly pay or correct wage for it. Some of the staff are lovely, but management are shocking and do not offer any support or the right correct training in each role

Management or Manegar best.
