Fast paced, stressfull, lot of opportunities, chance to travel, talented colleagues, high expectations, opportunities for progression for those that take the opportunities

Micro managed & unrealistic opportunities

Rated 1 out of 5

Constant changes and increasing workload with very little help, unrealistic promotion sights with such a varied workload it’s near impossible to progress in any which way, any thoughts or suggestions not taken onboard unless your high up

Fast paced culture

Rated 3 out of 5

There is an extremely fast paced culture, which means you have to think on your feet and develops your problem solving skills. This can be beneficial if the hours matched expectations

Great for start of career but very long hours

Rated 3 out of 5

Great for start of career and the company has a clear career progression, however it is very normal to work very long hours and it feels like you have to with the workload resulting in high emoloyee turnover.

Development opportunities

Rated 5 out of 5
