to many cooks in the kitchen.

Advice to Management

Good and bad

Rated 4 out of 5

Pros

Great home-friendly working arrangements and plenty of opportunities (in theory) to change roles and to relocate across the country.

Cons

Doesn’t live up to its stated values on the treatment of people. While hot on things like diversity, it tolerates abusive behaviour by people who are ‘too senior’ to challenge.

Advice to Management

If people claim that they are bullied, the sad truth is that it might be true. Take it seriously.
