Children, Young People and Families Manager

Children, Young People and Families Manager

On a children, young people and families manager apprenticeship course, you’ll help children, young people, and families aspire to do their best and achieve sustainable change.

As an apprentice management professional for children, young people, and families, you will aim to form teams, manage resources, and lead creative approaches to working for practices that produce better outcomes and put the child, young person, or family at the centre of practise.

After finishing this apprenticeship, you will motivate practitioners to actively help each child, young person, young adult, and family to realise their full potential, focusing on quality in practice and improved performance.

You’ll be able to inform and improve practise by acting on research and new findings on successfully addressing the needs of children, youth, and families. In addition, you will be a role model for behaviours that encourage reflective practice, professional confidence, and humility.
