Company who demands too much of your time

Rated 1 out of 5

Be careful you dont end up working much more hours than your contracturally required to do. Their HR company disregard contracted hours and your worklife balance gets destroyed.

Pros

Team working

Cons

Long hours

Awful Place with Awful customers

Rated 1 out of 5

Worked here for 9 months and it totally broke my soul. Only good thing was the other staff but not the management as all they cared about was figures. The abuse off the general public phoning in was not worth my mental health. Do not work here unless you have very thick skin.

Pros

none

Cons

everything

If you want a job when your just another Statistic BT Exeter is for you, older advisors are openly paid more newer advisors are treated as underling. In my time here I have heard managers moan about other managers especially ones on progression programs and advisors moan about mangers. Total shambles.

Pros

Discounted broadband ( no it’s not free )

Cons

Long hours poor rate of pay
