Very productive and great helpful friendly work colleagues

Rated 5 out of 5

I found it really interesting and alot to learn, having never worked in this line of work before. A lot of online training that has to be completed with in 12 weeks. Like all training some have to be updated on a regular basis. You will have to do some cooking so all food related knowledge will be given and tested regularly.

All that work at BP are very friendly and all extremely helpful, that goes for the management aswell.

I worked nights but they have lots of shifts that are bound to soot and fit with your lifestyle.

Pros

Free coffee through shift and 50% off lunch up to the value £6 ish

Cons

If you work nights you may have to do more than you agreed at your interview.

It’s a cult

Rated 1 out of 5

It’s a cult. You are brainwashed into thinking it’s some kind of progressive company when basically it’s big oil, big pollution and no amount of rainbow colored lanyards are going to hide the fact.

A good company to work for

Rated 5 out of 5

Very helpful staff members, good pay and flexible hours. The breaks are paid for so you receive the full eight hours of pay. However, shifts can vary with opening and closing the store

Pros

Paid break

Cons

Varied shifts

Easy job for the money

Rated 3 out of 5

Poor management let down the company

other team members think they are above certain tasks

Management aware of problems but again dont deal with any problems which leads to the team not working to their best.

Pay is good for what you do

Pros

Good pay

Cons

Poor management

The people are the best

Rated 5 out of 5

People in bp are really supportive and helpful, got a lot of help from the other more experienced people on my team. Difficulties on projects are okay.
