Fantastic Company
Within my 9 months at Bauer Media, I quite literally had some of the best time of my life. My only reason for leaving was that Telesales just isn’t for me. They know how to look after their staff in a way I have yet to experience anywhere else.
A friendly place to work with good career opportunities
During my role in this job I learnt good customer service skills and how to work in large groups. My colleagues and team were very pleasant to work with and I felt comfortable in my surroundings.
i feel the hardest part of my job was the training and getting to know the company as a whole as it is a very large and busy company. I felt very proud at how easily, I believe, I became a part of the team and slotted into my job role comfortably.
My most enjoyable part of my job was knowing that my customers were happy and satisfied and that i had helped them to further their businesses.
