Stressful lack of understanding or help

Rated 1 out of 5

Not a very good company to work for not understanding don’t care about any problems you might ave at home there way or the highway I been there 3 years was full time after a long stressful struggle I have ended up with part time 2 days a week that’s as much as I can take working there

Pros

Really there is none

Cons

Don’t have a problem with home life or at work they don’t wanna know

Such a let down.

Worked here for 2 years. I had such good expectations and excitment for this job but I felt so let down. First of all the hours were so horrible. Constantly changing and if you were ever sick or late you would need to have a meeting. The mangement is poorly run. Kept threatening us and hearing rumors constantly about losing our jobs. They sacked the whole night team before the pandemic! So terrible. We were constantly critized weekly about not putting full stops or a capital letter. Like come on are we in primary school?! If you wanted to progress here they made out you need to climb mount everest. Also seemed like they hired anyone. We had a criminal working in the bank next to us!

The only plus side to this company was the discount. I hope you improve asos.

Pros

discount

Cons

poor managment, school like, horrible hours, bad wage

Productive and fun place to work

Asos was good until they made us redundant would love to have another chance to work their again in the Leavesden office. I used to work the night shift

Pros

Good place to work

Cons

Redundancy

Wouldn’t recommend

Rated 1 out of 5

Very nice on the outside but stressful and rubbish pay and no regard for your mental state. Overworked and under paid. I wouldn’t recommend it’s not a healthy environment.

Not good

Rated 2 out of 5

Pros – you get paid and working pattern wasn’t bad.

Cons – standing/walking all day in uncomfortable safety shoes, feet ache, back ache, very boring, no progression, very tedious and repetitive. You’re just a number at the end of the day.
